1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across Bangalore. We are working to expand our service to other cities soon.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Bangalore: 2-3 business days after order processing.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party courier partners and external factors like weather conditions or logistics delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery on all orders over ₹999 within Bangalore.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders below ₹999.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your items are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ongsneedshop@gmail.com or 9611063556 with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
